Some prediction on this model: either (a) "Responsibles" are in essence Clueless/Idealist Midwits, and "Creatives" are always Opportunists or (b) "Responsibles" are Loser Dimwits who follows the status quo and are no better than "Subordinates", whilst the "Creatives" are split between Clueless/Idealist Midwits and Opportunists.
Problem: it is hard to use Alex Danco's theory of cultural ladders to determine whether someone will be "Responsibles" or "Creatives", and if they are "Creatives" whether they are positivist or egoist.
